Coaching is about moving into alignment with your future self — clarifying the identity you’re growing into and taking intentional, embodied steps toward it. While therapy often supports healing and understanding, coaching focuses on growth and application. Together, we explore new ways of thinking, relating, and showing up in your life through experimentation, practice, and skill development. Coaching is practical and forward-oriented, supporting you in creating real movement — new boundaries, new behaviors, new outcomes. It’s not just about talking about change — it’s about living it.

Breathwork is a powerful pathway into non-ordinary states — and I use it in both therapeutic and coaching containers. In therapy, breathwork can help access and release held emotion, complete trauma responses in the body, and soften protective structures that talk-only work can’t reach. In coaching, breathwork supports clarity, alignment, and forward momentum — helping you regulate state, embody new identity, and take action from a grounded nervous system instead of from fear or habit. Sessions are guided and titrated so your system stays within capacity. Breathwork isn’t about intensity for intensity’s sake — it’s about accessing the intelligence already living inside you.
