Alittle about me…

I am a therapist and facilitator of altered states of consciousness. My work can support you in remembering yourself, unwinding your trauma at the level of the nervous system, and allowing you to step into the version of self that already knows how to heal. Transformation, in my experience, is not conceptual — it’s cellular, relational, and lived.

Rooted in trauma-informed care and somatic attunement, I weave Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and mindfulness with the intelligence of breath and intuition.

When a client is ready, sometimes psychedelics become part of the process, offering an opening into parts of the self that are ready to be witnessed. I provide psychedelic preparation and integration support, and also facilitate psychedelic-assisted sessions within legal frameworks — including ketamine-assisted therapy in Pennsylvania and psilocybin-assisted services in Colorado.

I’m a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Pennsylvania, practicing under the supervision of clinicians specializing in IFS, EMDR, and psychedelic-assisted care. I also hold a license in Colorado (NMIT) to provide psilocybin services under the under the guidance of Reflective Healing’s clinical supervisor.
